Drafting tools
ZerothFloor's drafting tools are meant to work together. Build the plan structure first, then add detail and review context on top.
Walls and rooms
Start the plan with major geometry and room layout.
- Use the Wall tool to draft the perimeter and major interior structure.
- Add rooms to block out spaces and review basic layout intent.
- Refine geometry with trim, extend, offset, fillet, mirror, or array operations when revisions arrive.
Doors, windows, and stairs
Add architectural detail after the structural layout is in place.
- Place doors or windows directly on walls.
- Adjust width, style, offsets, swing, or labels after placement.
- Use the stairs tool when circulation or vertical movement needs to be represented in-plan.
Review readability
Add the information a reviewer needs to understand the plan.
- Use text and dimensions to make the drawing readable outside the editor.
- Name rooms consistently when schedule or CSV export matters.
- Review the plan against the current canvas boundary before export.
