Use the core drafting tools to build accurate topology and readable output.
Walls
Draw walls with snapping and constraints.
- Select the Wall tool.
- Click to place the start point and drag to the end.
- Hold Shift to lock the wall to horizontal or vertical.
Doors and windows
Attach openings directly to wall segments.
- Select Door or Window.
- Click on a wall to place the opening.
- Adjust width, offset, or swing in the properties panel.
Rooms
Create room blocks and update labels.
- Select Room and drag to draw a room block.
- Hold Shift to force a square room.
- Double-click a room label to rename it.
Dimensions
Measure and label distances for review.
- Select Dimension and click two points.
- Adjust the label or offset from the properties panel.
- Duplicate dimension lines as needed.
