Trace images support redraw-heavy workflows without turning exports into screenshots of the source material.
Upload the reference
Attach the source image to the right floor before drawing.
Trace images are floor-specific. If your project has multiple levels, each floor can carry its own reference image.

- Upload the image to the active floor.
- Confirm the reference appears and review its basic dimensions and opacity settings.
Draw over the source
Use the source image as a drafting aid, not a final deliverable.
- Adjust opacity so lines and geometry are easier to see.
- Lock the image when placement looks right.
- Draft clean walls and rooms over it, then export from the actual plan data.
